Fees

Companies that enter the Digital Signage Awards pay a fee for each entry.

The fee payable for the each entry you make is GBP £175.00.

Entry fees must be paid online once you have uploaded all your entries, either via Paypal for Business using an internationally recognised credit or debt card, or through your own PayPal account. If you wish to pay by invoice, select that option when asked how you prefer to pay.

All companies entering the Awards will receive an invoice electronically generated by our awards management system and you will receive your invoice as soon as you have uploaded all your entries. You can pay in GB Pounds using the PayPal system, or by BACS, Fundsflow or wire bank-to-bank. Payment is preferred on receipt of invoice, but we do allow 14 days credit to ensure a company can process any paperwork and set up payment of an invoiced fee.

UK Value Added Tax will be added if applicable. Most countries outside the UK and EU will not need to pay VAT, and companies in the EU will be able to account for VAT in their own country using the reverse charge mechanism.

Please note: all nominations for the Most Outstanding Individual are FREE and must be received by November 30 2024.

What does the entry fee cover?

The fee covers the personnel costs involved in checking entries and their bona fides, collating all entries and bookmarking them for the judges, convening the judging panels, supervising the judging activity, compiling the judges’ short-lists and publicising them on the Digital Signage Awards’ website, through PR releases and the Awards’ media partner, Sixteen:Nine.

Businesses may enter as many categories as they have divisions, brands, products, activities or campaigns, though they can only make 5 entries for any single project, innovation or campaign. Companies entering multiple projects can submit up to 5 entries for each project.

By way of advance notice, please note that we will always run an event to celebrate the success of Finalists after judging is complete. For 2025 a physical event in Barcelona on February 3 is planned, where table places will be available at a rate per person. If we have to run an online event because of Covid-19 or any other restrictions, then a fee per Finalist company will be payable. These charges will be additional to any entry fees. Being part of a physical event or online presentation is at the discretion of each Finalist company and the results declared are completely independent of participation.

Entries close: September 30
